About the cohort
DIMAMO HDSS (Dikgale-Mamabolo-Mothiba Health and Demographic Surveillance System) is a rural research site in Limpopo, South Africa, covering over 100,000 people in 56 villages. It's part of SAPRIN and conducts longitudinal surveillance to track births, deaths, migration, and health behaviours. Data is collected three times a year through field visits and phone interviews.
