APCC collects this information solely to administer conference registration and abstract submission. Data is processed under APCC research governance and is not shared for unrelated purposes.

Section 5 — Research profile and networking (optional)

ORCID iD (optional but recommended)

ORCID and cohort linkage are optional. They help APCC improve profile accuracy and cohort connections, but they are not required to register for the conference or submit an abstract.

These optional permissions help APCC support collaboration, research visibility and post-conference profile enrichment. They are not required for conference registration.

I consent to APCC using my name, institution, country, role, cohort affiliation and ORCID, where provided, to support conference networking and collaboration features. I consent to APCC using my ORCID and information I provide to prepare, verify or enrich an APCC researcher profile using publicly available scholarly information, including publications and institutional affiliations. I understand that I may be contacted to review or correct this information before it is made public. I consent to APCC contacting me after the conference to review, correct, claim or update my APCC research or cohort profile. If I am affiliated with an APCC cohort, I am willing to be contacted after registration to review or suggest corrections to that cohort’s APCC profile. I understand that any suggested changes will be reviewed by APCC before publication.
